This system provides students, faculty, and staff with a structured process to voice and resolve issues related to academic, administrative, or personal matters. Our dedicated grievance committee ensures that all complaints are handled with confidentiality, fairness, and efficiency, fostering a supportive and transparent campus environment.

A grievance may be any kind of discontent or dissatisfaction or negative perception, whether expressed or not, arising out of anything connected with institute that a student or staff thinks, or even feels, is unfair, unjust or inequitable.

Procedure for filing the formal complaint/grievance:

Ragging constitutes one or more of any of the following acts:

1. Any student may lodge a complaint.
2. Complaint should be made to Grievance Redressal Committee.
3. Complaint may be EMAIL or in writing. If the complaint is oral, it will be converted into a written form by the GRC member who received the complaint and authenticated by the complainant under his / her signature as soon as possible.
4. Upon receipt of complaint by any member of GRC, the member should forward it to higher authority.
