To generate the requisite skilled manpower, it was necessary to establish an institution that will work in the area of nursing education. Thus, Shri Shankaracharya College Of Nursing is established with this mission.

The college is recognized approved by the Indian Nursing Council, New Delhi and the Govt. of Chhattisgarh. It is affiliated to Pt. Deendayal Upadhyay Memorial Health Sciences and Ayush University of Chhattisgarh, Raipur (C.G).

To impart a quality education, with latest and relevant technical skill, it is a land of resources where students will find caring faculty, excellent academic and clinical facilities and an ideal environment for studies. Infrastructure we have is a compact establishment of college & hostel within the campus and hospital in walking distance.

Learning is a lifelong process, which provides students with the opportunity to prosper. The faculty and management strive to provide a learning environment to promote self-growth and career satisfaction.

Finally, I truly believe that “A life of ‘Nurse’ is as a lamp, which dispel darkness and spread light”. It is truly said that a lamp cannot light another lamp unless it is properly lit. Fron completion of our institutional education, students will enlighten the lives of other through their service, generosity and dedication.
